Early years “CRCHE” is an intriguing introduction to what school can be. It is student-centered, parent-partnered, and research-based, and it is led by two full-time early education professionals. It is based on the premise that children learn best when they participate actively and interactively, express themselves in many ways, make mistakes, and take initiative and responsibility in their education—even three-year-olds. Especially three-year-olds!
- HEAD TEACHERS
In addition to the inside classroom, our full-day program includes a natural outdoor classroom where children may create, dig, and run, allowing their imaginations to run free. The program also makes use of the Abuja area through excursions and expert visits.
Early years students study music, movement, and science in addition to fine and gross motor, premath, prereading, prewriting, and self-help skills. Many activities are interactive. Everyone is focused. Academic and social-emotional learning, like work and play, combine and encourage one another in this carefully planned program.
When these rising stars leave, they will continue to be creative and curious, collaborative and independent, and invested in their education for years to come.
